Shipping Information:

I ship discreetly with either a box or envelope addressed to you using the name you placed with your order! The return address uses my legal name and address and has no indication that the package comes from us! (just incase your surprising someone special). If you require us to use a different name that you go by, please send me a message immediately after placing your order. If you need me to send your order to a different address than the one placed with your order, please contact me. 

Quick shipping is always my priority! I do my best to get your package on the way as soon as possible! Usually I am able to ship within one or two business days of you placing your order! I am unable to ship on Sundays and any USA holiday that allows for shipping centers to be closed. 

I typically purchase USPS Priority Mail or USPS First-Class Package Service. Please understand that shipping times can vary depending on USPS itself. Usually arrival times can take 2-7 business days for USA customers. For larger packages I typically go with ground UPS and shipping times will vary.

Please contact me if you are not located in the USA and we can discuss the cost to ship to your specific country. Understand that depending on world situations that there is a possibility I will not be able to ship orders to your country. Shipping time and the cost can vary from person to person depending on all of the factors.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:

Unfortunately since I am a small shop owner I am unable to personally provide refunds or remakes. Thankfully though, every package is insured by USPS. 

"This American carrier’s First Class Mail service has long been the most popular and cost-effective way of sending light packages, letters, envelopes, and postcards within the US. The Insurance Coverage for this service can be up to $5,000, but the exact amount will differ depending on which particular service you use and the value of your package. For example, USPS Priority Mail Express offers up to $100 coverage, while Priority Mail shipments can only be insured for up to $50."

Please take any shipping complaints to your local USPS and they will hopefully be able to recover any loss.

While I cant personally provide compensation, I am willing to do remakes if I am able to. Understand that I will require the original payment for the order. If the items are damaged I am willing to discuss repairs and will have to determine the cost of a repair.
